So you decided to change your eating habits and want to do right by your body. You go to the store and get everything you need. Come home meal prep and make a beautiful salad as a snack and then realize you don’t have any salad dressing. Any healthy salad dressing that is…ranch and Caesar do not count.
Here is a simple easy to do with everyday ingredients. First, you will need a bowl, fork or something to stir with, extra virgin olive oil, Apple cider vinegar (raw and unfiltered), honey (organic), and any seasonings that you would like to add such as garlic, basil, and parsley.
1 tbsp of Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tbsp of honey or 2 squirts
Dash/pinch of seasonings of your choice
Mix together and add to salad. Pairs very well with fruit spring salad.
